The beloved Japanese character, Hello Kitty, has inspired an entire festival of food and drink to occur in Sydney's Darling Square until April 29.
Darling Square has been transformed into a colourful wonderland with artworks, seats, signs and lights which make it perfect photo opportunities.

The pop up town has it's very own Sandwich Shop High Tea with Hello Kitty inspired cupcakes, scones, macarons, tea, coffee and more for just $29 per person.
The sandwich shop also offers a DIY Hello Kitty Cookie that customers can purchase and create their very own designs with an edible paint palette.
Bookings are essential for the Hello Kitty high tea and are available this upcoming weekend.

The dessert selection features croissants packed with Chantilly cream, pancakes topped with mocha ice cream and a New York cheesecake with an almond crust.
For savoury options there are perfectly packed bento boxes, cheese toasties, chicken wings, noodles and the popular Lazy Egg Burger.
