Reward Points

  • 10 reward points = 1 dollar spent
  • You will be rewarded 250 points upon registering on our website
  • You will receive 200 points when refer your friends or family.
  • You will receive 200 points on your birthday month.
  • You will receive 200 points when you provide a review. For a limited time offer from 2022/Mar 13 ~ Apr. 30, you receive 1,000 points when you provide a written review and another 1,000 points when you provide a photo review! 
  • Your friends will receive $5 when they make their first purchase in our store. For a limited time offer from 2022/Mar 13 ~ Apr. 30, you receive $15 when you refer a friend and they make a purchase; your friend will also earn $15 when they make a purchase. 
  • You will be able to redeem your reward points once you have placed your items in the shopping cart and processed through to checkout.

Earning Reward Points

Rewards can currently be earned for the following actions:

  • Making purchases — every time you make a purchase you earn points based on the price of products purchased and these points are added to your Reward Points balance. (+10 Points for every dollar you spend.)
  • Registering on the site. (+200 Points)
  • Subscribing to a newsletter for the first time. (+200 Points)
  • Converting Invitations to Customer — Earn points for every invitation you send out which leads to your friends registering on the site. (+200 Points per new customer registration)
  • Converting Invitations to Order — Earn points for every invitation you send out which leads to a sale. (+1000 Points per new customer order)
  • Review Submission — Earn points for submitting product reviews. (+100 Points per approved Review, up to 50 Reviews per customer)

    Reward Points Exchange Rates

    The value of reward points is determined by an exchange rate of both currency spent on products to points, and an exchange rate of points earned to currency for spending on future purchases.  Currently, you earn 10 points for every dollar you spend at ACuteShop.com.  If you spend $100 during checkout (before shipping and tax is applied), you will earn 1000 points.  Points can be redeemed during checkout, at the rate of 200 Points equals $1.00 USD.  Therefore, if you have a Reward Point balance of 200 Points, you can redeem them for up to $1 in instant savings during checkout! Each order can be redeemed up to 20% order amount by reward points the most.

    Redeeming Reward Points

    You can redeem your reward points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem them you will have the option of using points as one of the payment methods.  The current minimum Reward Point balance for redemption is 100 Points. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent of this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.  Reward points can be lost or made un-redeemable by fraudulent behavior on this site, and are a privilege that can be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of ACuteShop.com.

    Reward Points Minimums and Maximums

    Reward points are capped at a minimum value required for redemption, which is 100 Points. You will not be able to use your Reward Points until you accrue the minimum 100 points, at which point they will instantly become available for redemption.

    A Cute Shop does not limit the number of Reward Points you can earn.  So go ahead, order all of the scrubs for your office using the corporate card, but under your personal A Cute Shop account, and enjoy a large number of Reward Points!

    Managing My Reward Points

    You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, and a cumulative history of points acquired and redeemed. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including how and when you earned and redeemed them.
