Grab your ponchos and umbrellas; it’s a very rainy day at the Universal Orlando Resort! Let’s jump right into our day and hope we don’t get too wet. First stop, Universal Studios Florida. 

Both the “Presented in Ogre Vision” banner and the attraction wait time sign have been removed from Shrek 4-D. We’re excited to see what will replace the previous beloved attraction.

We spotted a new Luna Lovegood ‘Quibbler’ Loungefly purse in the Hello Kitty Store. 

Our favorite part is definitely the inside; Luna’s iconic pink glasses are so cute!

In the same store, we also found a new Hello Kitty Loungefly matching wallet and backpack set. 

Aside from the main zipper pocket, the cupcake wrapper is also a small pocket. The design inside the wallet matches inside the backpack too!

While passing through London, we noticed that King’s Cross station was closed. Team members told us that they were uncertain if the Hogwarts Express would open at all during the day. 

The rain won’t stop guests from checking out the magic around Diagon Alley. 

With the train closed, we took the scenic route and made our way into Universal’s Islands of Adventure.

Continuing through the park, Hogsmeade wasn’t overly crowded today. 

Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure was a 65 minute wait. A good portion of the queue is outside, so hopefully, the rain subsides, and guests aren’t soaked while waiting. 

VelociCoaster was a 25 minute wait. What’s scarier than being hunted by dinosaurs? Add some rain into the mix!

Check out this new ‘Despicable Me’ Agnes & Unicorn Plush we found in Islands of Adventure Trading Company. It’s super soft and very adorable.
